These terms govern your use of hypecruise. We’ve kept them in plain language. Please read them, because by using hypecruise you agree to them.
About these terms
hypecruise is provided by Xaventra (Private) Limited (“Xaventra”, “we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between Xaventra and you. If you use hypecruise for a company or other organization, you agree to them on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so; “you” then means that organization too.
hypecruise is a business tool. You must be at least 16, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use it.
The service
hypecruise helps teams plan, write, review, schedule and publish posts to Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn profiles and pages, X and YouTube channels.
hypecruise is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed as we build the product, and we may limit how much of the service each account can use. We’ll give you notice before removing something you rely on whenever we reasonably can.
Your account and team
- Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, and should tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
- An organization’s admins decide who joins it, which workspaces each person can open and who are admins. They can remove people at any time. Content added to an organization belongs to that organization, not to the individual who added it.
Your content
You own the posts, media, comments, ideas, brand guidelines and other content you add to hypecruise. You give Xaventra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to run hypecruise for you, including sending it to the networks you publish to and, when you ask for it, to our AI provider. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies already published to a network or kept for a limited time in backups.
You’re responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to use and publish it, including any images, videos, music, trademarks or people that appear in it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use hypecruise to:
- Publish anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit, or that breaks a network’s rules.
- Send spam, run fake or inauthentic accounts, or manipulate engagement.
- Publish to accounts you aren’t authorized to manage, or impersonate someone else.
- Upload malware, or try to break, overload, probe or get around the security or limits of hypecruise.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer hypecruise, or scrape it or use it to build a competing product.
We may remove content or restrict an account that breaks these rules.
AI writing features
hypecruise can suggest captions, rewrites and hashtags using AI. AI suggestions can be wrong, out of date, or similar to text written for someone else. Review every suggestion before you publish it; once you accept one, it’s your content and your responsibility. Don’t ask for text you aren’t allowed to publish, and don’t include confidential information you can’t share with our AI provider.
Review links
You can share a post with people outside your team through a review link. Anyone with the link can see that post and comment on it until you turn the link off, so only share it with people you trust. People who comment through a review link must also follow the acceptable use rules above.
Fees
hypecruise is free to use during early access unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before any charges apply, and you can choose whether to continue.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including data from the social accounts you connect.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using hypecruise at any time, disconnect your social accounts, and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected].
We may suspend or close an account if it breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or if we’re required to by law or by a network. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first and give you time to save copies of your content. If we stop offering hypecruise, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice.
Disclaimers
hypecruise is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to publish every post on time, but we don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every post will be published at the scheduled time. Keep copies of content that matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Xaventra isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, reputation or followers, arising from your use of hypecruise. Our total liability for any claim relating to hypecruise is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for hypecruise in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against Xaventra because of your content, the accounts you connect or your breach of these terms, you’ll cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as hypecruise grows. When we make significant changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and let account holders know by email before they take effect. If you keep using hypecruise after that, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Connected social accounts
When you connect a social account, you authorize hypecruise to act on your behalf with that network: to publish the posts, media and comments you schedule, and to read the account details needed to do so. You confirm you’re allowed to manage that account and to let your team publish to it.
You remain responsible for following each network’s own rules, including the Meta Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, the LinkedIn User Agreement and the X Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Developer Policies, and their community and advertising policies.
The networks aren’t part of this agreement and we don’t control them. They may change their APIs, reject or remove a post, limit an account, or ask you to reconnect it, and when they do, publishing can fail. We’ll show you when a post didn’t go out, but we aren’t responsible for what a network does.
